The challenge
A Calgary-based dayhome agency's owners were spending most of their week on registrations, parent inquiries, subsidy claims, and financial reporting — time they needed for growing and overseeing the agency itself.
What we did
G Tech placed a dedicated 3-person VA team handling registrations, daily parent communication, subsidy and grant claims, invoicing, attendance reconciliation, and financial reporting.
The result
Approximately 90% of the agency's day-to-day admin and operational work is now handled by the G Tech team, freeing the owners to focus on educator relationships and agency growth.
